Who our MACC products are meant for?


Macc addresses only to building professionals, all sorts of professions, builder, roofer, electrician, carpenter, plasterer, woodworker, plumber, painter, locksmith…

If you are a professional in the process of installation or a private person, you can fill out a form when going to the section: “contact” on the home page.



How to discover our MACC products?

You can discover our MACC products thanks to your MACC representative who will come and visit you and who will present you with a demonstration of our products.

How to obtain technical information about the products?

What is the procedure with regard to repairs of MACC products and how to get spare parts?

Once enrolled in our web site and owner of MACC products, you can see the whole product line and its associated documents (technical descriptions) video, technical documentation, manual, video, conformity certificate, control leaflets, legislation).

How to create my MACC account?


To create your MACC account, please go to the home page of our web site to the section  "MY SPACE"


I seem to be unable to connect to my MACC account, what can I do?

In order to do this, please go the page “My account/I connect”. Enter your customer number and click at “Pass word forgotten”. An Email will be sent to you in order to regenerate a new Pass word, that will allow you to benefit again from our new services.

If, you don’t have an account attached, an error message will appear. You will need to create an account from the connection page.


I enrolled myself on the former web site, am I still registered automatically on the new web site?


Yes, however, you will need to regenerate your pass word. In order to do this, please go to the page My account/I connect. Enter your customer number en click on “Pass word forgotten”. An Email will be sent to you in order to regenerate a new pass word so that you can benefit again from our new services.


I have lost my Pass word, what can I do to retrieve it?
